As a caregiver with a decade of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My journey began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my knack for childcare and my desire to make a positive impact on young lives. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my formal and approachable nature, allows me to build strong relationships with children and their families. I believe in open and effective communication with parents, ensuring that I follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any concerns that arise. I am confident in my ability to enforce household rules, ensuring a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. My approach to playtime includes educational games that promote learning and technology-based games and apps that keep them engaged.
