I've been caring for children since I was 16 years old, starting with babysitting and later working at a childcare center. Today, I have over a decade of experience providing nurturing and educational care for children of all ages. I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, and I strive to create a safe and stimulating environment where they can learn and thrive. My approach to childcare is gentle and patient. I believe in positive reinforcement and age-appropriate discipline. I'm also highly organized and efficient, and I'm able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. I have experience with children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens, and I'm comfortable caring for children with special needs. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I'm always up-to-date on the latest childcare practices. I'm also fluent in both English and Spanish. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, and playing board games.
