Hello, All my life I have been caring for children. I am the oldest out of 7 children. Naturally I became their caregiver. I absolutely love children. I have experience with all age group. I am a mother of two children ages 4 and 3. I am a teacher for Special Needs children. I work with a wide range of disabilities such as but not limited to autism, cerebral palsy, TBI, emotional distress, impulsive behaviors, etc. I specialize in behavior modification, and help families reach their child's goals. Mailena has a way to with kids. She is friendly, kind and genuine. This was our first time hiring a babysitter that is not family for my 3 yr old & 8wk old baby. When we first interview Mailena she just knocked it out of the park with My 3 yr old son. When we told him she was coming back he was excited. She informed me how things were going which make me feel at ease. Definitely hiring again.
