I've been working as a childcare provider for over 10 years, and I've had the pleasure of caring for children of all ages. My previous babysitting roles inspired me to become a childcare provider because I love supporting families and making a positive impact on children's lives. I'm patient and calm, with a friendly and caring personality, which helps me connect with children and build trusting relationships. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and honest communication. I provide regular updates about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text messages or phone calls, depending on the parents' preferred method. I also follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, ensuring consistency and respect for the family's values. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including board games and puzzles, educational games that promote learning, and technology-based games and apps.
