About Maia

I'd describe my personality as sympathetic, humorous, and honest. I like caring for seniors because it makes me feel good to help people do things that they can't do on their own to thrive. I have a passion for helping others, I like providing empathy & compassion. I'm a very reliable person in the work setting and in my personal life. In my spare time, I like to spend time with family, my bestfriends, & my fiancé and I do a lot of exploring new things to do & food spots around us together. One thing you should know about me is I am a trustworthy person & I treat people the way I would treat my own family. I also have the in home caretaking experience, l worked for a company that specialized in dementia and I loved it. I bonded with my patients and their families very well. I unfortunately had to leave because of the lack of professionalism & disrespect from my higher ups. It was VERY hard to leave due to the bond I had with my regular patients, but I had to put myself first.
