As a caregiver with two years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My journey into caregiving was inspired by my desire to positively impact young lives and support families. Having six younger siblings, ranging from one month to 15 years old, has equipped me with hands-on experience and a deep understanding of children's needs. I believe in clear and open communication with parents, ensuring they receive regular updates about their child's day and any issues that arise. I adapt my communication style to their preferred method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup or updates via text or phone call. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. My favorite moments are spent engaging in board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning and creativity.
