About Maia

I am energetic, creative, communicative, and driven. I love any adventure I can get and coming up with fun ways to stay entertained. I have 3 years of experience teaching Sunday school with ages 2-10 and many years of experience babysitting for friends and family. I have loved working with kids since getting to watch my little brother grow up from a goofy kid into a complex and unique little adult. I would love to spend my afternoons helping your kids with homework, taking them to parks or local museums, making snacks and meals, and helping with household chores. I spend my free time reading, painting, playing tennis, doing yoga, spending time with friends, and exploring new parts of Santa Barbara, and I hope to reflect these activities when spending time with your family! I can't wait to meet you all!
