About Maia

Hi! My name is Maia and I am interested in helping your family out! I am currently a senior at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and am majoring in Psychology with a minor in Spanish. I have taken a variety of child development and developmental psychology courses, and I have received the Seal of Biliteracy, considering my spanish ability to be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing. I also have experience with children of varying levels of special needs and medical histories, and am fully certified in CPR, BBP, and First Aid. I am very comfortable with pets, being that I have a dog and 2 cats of my own! I take pride in helping families not only with caring for the kids, but also with light housework, meal prep, and tidying around the house.
