About Mah

I'd describe myself as an individual who is empathetic, resilient and inquisitive. I like tutoring because it has been a hobby I've picked up over several years professionally as well as personally for family/friends. I enjoy working with children, and hope to teach professionally in the future after I complete my education! I'm looking for a job that ensures I get to create a safe space for my students and I to learn from each other and together! A job that challenges me, and ultimately ensures the success of my students. I started tutoring professionally in 2021, but in my personal life I have tutored family friends, siblings and cousins since I was in high school! In my spare time, I like to read or color! One thing you should know about me is I'm a reliable person you can count on to make learning enjoyable for your child! My skills include meeting my students where they're at, being patient and innovative!
