Hi! My name is Mahika, and I am a 20-year-old bilingual student at Temple University. I am majoring in Communications and Advocacy, and minoring in Art! After college, I would like to go to Law school to become a Human Rights Lawyer and legal advocate for marginalized communities. This Spring I am taking a semester off of school and interning, and I m also looking for a loving family to work for part time or occasionally when needed! From the age of 13, when I was the go to neighbor babysitter, to now, I have cared for several children ranging from infants to teens. I have also been a math peer tutor; conflict peer mediator, summer camp instructor, and art/dance class teacher. I am a very nurturing, hardworking and creative individual who has a great ability to connect with little humans! Some of my hobbies include: dancing, crafting, ceramics, cooking, public policy advocacy, volunteering, and playing with my furry friends.

Mahika took care of my two cats Albus and Archer and one very active dog Bella whenever my husband and I went away on vacations. She was amazing with them, going above and beyond what was expected of her. She also nannied for us when my six year old niece stayed with us for a few weeks. She was excellent and not only kept her engaged throughout the day, but was also very caring and gentle. I wish she still lived in Philly. I would hire her back in a jiffy!
