I am also a registered nurse with bls, acls, and pals training (13 years experience). I'm known for my patience, creativity, and friendly demeanor, which create a welcoming environment for children. When it comes to communication, I follow the parents' preferred communication method. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and safe environment for the children in my care. With seven years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to three-four children of various ages.
