I'd describe my personality as outgoing, caring and motivated! In my spare time I enjoy working in my garden, reading, hiking, camping and going on float trips in my canoe with my dog Amos! When I was 4 years old, I was diagnosed with Type one Diabetes. As I got older this became the reasoning behind my desire for a healthier lifestyle. I am now a certified nutritionist who wants to help you reach your goals by going over your shopping list with you, making small changes with your approval and then going shopping for you! My goal is to have a job that I can enjoy to the fullest while helping you enjoy your personal life even more.
