About Maggie

Hi! Im Maggie, a PSU Abington student with experience caring for pets of all ages! I have two energetic hound puppies and a senior pit bull with arthritis, so I understand both playful and special-needs care. I've also cared for cats and am comfortable with different pet routines. As a volunteer at Rydal Retirement Community, I'm patient and attentive, perfect for keeping pets happy and cared for. I'd describe myself as energetic, attentive, and friendly! I love working with animals because it's rewarding to ensure they feel comfortable, happy, and cared for. My mother was an ASPCA volunteer, so I grew up fostering animals and learning how to accommodate different needs. I'm looking for a flexible pet care job that fits my student schedule. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, spending time with friends, and working at the movie theater. I'm always on the go and love getting to know different animals! My skills include adapting to pets' unique needs and keeping them happy and engaged.
