I am a post-doctoral researcher specializing in the hydrodynamics of urbanized estuaries. Funding being a bit short at the moment, I'm looking to supplement my income with some part-time work. Outside of my life as a professional science geek, I love reading, playing ultimate Frisbee, knitting, cooking, and DIY projects. As the oldest of three sisters, I have been babysitting for as long as I can remember. More recently I babysat regularly for my PhD adviser's three children (3, 6, 9 yrs).
