About Maggie

Maggie has been with us for a few months now and, despite not having a lot of experience, she took charge and has done very well. She is on-time and communicative, which immediately set her apart. She is open to feedback, which is rare, and very respectful of doing things our way rather than forcing her routine on others. She's very sweet, very responsible and easy-going. There's been a few times where she's pointed out observations that I hadn't considered, and I appreciated her attentiveness to the kids. I was very nervous hiring someone to care for my kids but Maggie has been a great choice. My daughter always asks if "my Maggie" will be home and is sad when she leaves. My only caveat is that, maybe due to her youth, she requested time off abruptly with little notice. This was inconvenient for us and I wish I had established in the beginning certain expectations, like the time-frame for requesting days off. But other than that, she is all around very dependable and trustworthy; we will hire her again!
