About Magdalene

Hello! I am an enthusiastic, compassionate tutor with diverse teaching experiences. I have studied K-12 Spanish education and taught 2nd grade and high school students Spanish under the supervision of college professors . I have also taught Spanish with a Math & Science program and tutored various subjects with that program as well including pre-calculus and English. I also tutored ESL in Mexico last year and have worked tutoring ESL . I would consider myself a highly creative, passionate and patient tutor. My highest priority is always my student's needs. I work to develop a plan with students including their short term and long term language goals. Then, I like to create activities and lessons that target those individual needs and interests. Having lived in Mexico for 7 months last year, I love to incorporate cultural details and information wherever I can. Spanish and ESL are my passions, but I love to help students wherever I can!
