Hi, I'm Mafata! My passion for caregiving stems from my lifelong experience babysitting my siblings and cousins. I possess a patient, calm, and friendly demeanor that children are naturally drawn to. I firmly believe in open communication with parents and provide written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates via text or phone call, ensuring transparency and peace of mind. To ensure a nurturing environment, I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules. As for playtime, I love engaging children in a variety of activities, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that foster learning. With two years of experience under my belt, I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time and am fluent in English, French, and Spanish. While I don't smoke, I'm happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I'm also First Aid trained for added safety.
