With a background in psychology and a love for crafts, I bring a unique blend of knowledge and creativity to my role. My patient and calm demeanor, combined with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to build strong relationships with children and their families. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, whichever they prefer. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect their parenting style. From outdoor sports to board games and educational activities, I enjoy a variety of games that cater to children's interests and promote learning. With one year of experience and a preference for caring for two children at a time, I'm eager to support families with children aged 1 to 5.
