About Mae

I've always been passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children, and after many years of babysitting, I realized that I wanted to pursue a career in childcare. I then worked in a daycare for two years in Washington state. I have some college coursework in early child development, in addition to First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'm also a Certified Nursing Assistant. I consider myself to be both patient and calm, and I love to use my creativity and imagination to play with children. I engage in outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. Regarding household rules, I always follow the parents' lead. When it comes to communication, I send written daily reports and provide verbal communication at pickup, always making sure to follow the parents' preferred method of communication.
