About Maegan

I am a mother for starters, but before I was a mother I began my experience in childcare with my two younger siblings. Living and growing up in Virginia while my mother commuted to DC for work I took on a higher responsibility in my early teens as a caregiver in the evenings after school until our mother could make the commute back home. Now I am 26 years old and although I have not taken on in-home caregiving as a profession, I do have two years of experience teaching PreK, aiding grades 3 and 4, and after-school care.
