Maddy worked for us full time for 18 months until we had to move out of state. We’d hire her again in a heartbeat — she’s kind, calm, conscientious, proactive, and most importantly has a wonderful demeanor with kids. Our three boys (under 5) absolutely loved her, and we did too! Easily the best of five nannies we’ve employed.
