Hello, my name is Madisyn and I am 20 years old. I am currently working towards an Associates of Applied Sciences to become a medical assistant. I have had experiences in helping with special needs whether it be at school or with a close family member. I have helped with developmental delays, Autism, ADHD, mental health, and processing disorders. I'd describe my personality as quirky, empathetic, and caring I like caring for people with special needs/mental illness because it makes me feel like I can truly show them that they are heard and cared for. I'm glad I can put forth all my effort into helping someone in need. I want them to know that they are not alone. I started caring for people with special needs when I was in middle school. I would help with homework and class assignments/ activities. I would help them to navigate around the building as well.
