My skills include celebrating their individuality, keeping them active and engaged, and ensuring family routines are consistent. Madi was an amazing caregiver for our little one from 8-15 months. She was reliable, dependable, and truly loved our girl. She took her for play dates at the park and the library, to the river in the summer, to the foliage in the fall, sledding in the winter, read her books, did her hair, prepped her lunch, taught her her first words, played games, and settled her in at nap time. Not only did Madi care for L, she was truly a teammate for me when my husband relocated across the country for a new job opportunity. She helped with laundry, dishes, and even cared for our dog when we traveled - and she did it all with a smile. I will forever be grateful for all the care and stability she provided the whole family during a time of great change and transition for us all. Thank you, Madi!
