About Madison

Hello families! I am a passionate graduate student in special education with 9 years of working with children in various capacities! I got my start babysitting with various age groups as a teenager, and took a job in a daycare center during my undergrad working as a floater from the infant room to the school age after care. I found my niche as a lead pre-k teacher, where I created my own child-led curriculums based on my knowledge of child development from my schooling! I am currently halfway through my masters degree, and am excited to bring my passion and experience to your home! I believe in following the child's interests, and if hired, I will develop daily Reggio-inspired "flow of the day" schedules that meet your family's unique needs and interests while balancing structure and flexibility.
