My name is Madison W, and I have been working professionally with kiddos in center-based childcare for over seven years now. Additionally, I spent my pre-teen and teenage years babysitting and nannying for families in my local community. Because of my extensive childcare background, I am well-versed in how to build rapport with kiddos and their family. My philosophy towards working with children is simple - kiddos thrive in environments where they are acknowledged as unique little individual humans capable of great things! In addition to my intense passion for working with children, I am more than happy to help with household tasks including but not limited to cleaning, laundry, and even pet care.
