About Madison

Hi! My name is Madi:) I'm 18 years old and live in Hesston Kansas! I'm currently enrolled in college and will be this summer, but my classes are all online! As a childcare provider with five years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. My journey in caregiving began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my knack for creating a positive impact on young lives. I am patient, calm, and always ready to engage in creative and imaginative play. My approach to childcare is centered around open communication with parents. I believe in providing regular updates and using the preferred communication method of each family. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. My diverse skill set also extends to cooking and meal preparation, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision, should the opportunity arise.
