About Madison

Hello there! I have been working with children for many years now, and as a result, I have learned a lot from my interactions with so many different and amazing kids. I am comfortable with any age range and I am a very hands-on and interactive nanny. If you want a nanny that sits on their phone, I am not for you. I went to school for biology with an emphasis in botanical sciences and that means I want to be outside doing as much as I can. My experience with special needs lays mostly with autism (my youngest sister is autistic), but I do have some experience with physical disabilities and downs-syndrome as well. I am also comfortable working with children who have trauma. All I can say is that from working with so many kids, I have a lot of patience and I like to redirect into a positive and constructive outcome.
