We had Madisyn for a few short weeks when she was a full time nanny for our 1 year old before she left town. She bailed us out when or many left and we could not find another on right away. We were so lucky to have Madisyn for even that time - our daughter loved her! She was dependable, flexible and very engaged with a very rambunctious little girl. Any family who is lucky to have her as a nanny will be very happy.
