So I will start off and say she has a great personality and my son did indeed like her. He was actually taken aback when I told him we had to hire someone else because he liked her. So she is very approachable and professional as far as mannerisms and I think overall she is a great human being. But the low rating is for dependability. You have to be dependable in this line of work. I myself feel it’s only right to share this experience for those that may encounter what my family did by hiring her for her services as a nanny. So we set up orientation(paid) on a Saturday at a time she chose. That time wasn’t met we changed the time it wasn’t met Again then we just did the next day. Then we started the schedule and she came Monday and tuesday, after that she said her car was having issues and haven’t seen her since. Now she has texted me all the days she has missed but I had to find other solutions and eventually hired someone else. So I wish you and your car the best and for those looking to hire you this is just my truth of what i experienced. All be well .
