My rate is actually 22 (spending on how many kids etc) I'm not sure why I can't change it on my settings! I'd describe my personality as intelligent, silly, and organized. I like tutoring because I've done several teaching jobs over the years and I love being able to meet the kid where they're at and have that moment with them when they finally understand the lesson.
