Hello! My name is Madison, I am 24 years old and have a masters in forensic psychology and am currently obtaining my second masters degree in applied behavior analysis. I have extensive experience working with children, teens and adults with varying cognitive and physical disabilities. I implement positive reinforcement and key concepts and principles that align with applied behavior analysis while working. I do not like to call myself a caregiver, despite proving care, but instead I like to think of myself as a companion that can help make daily activities easier and more manageable. I like to create a foundation of trust and comfort ability with the individuals I work with, encouraging them to try new things and implement healthy, safe habits so that they can slowly become more independent and self serving.
