Hello and nice to meet you! My name is Madison, and I bring a wealth of experience in childcare, having worked in various settings, ages, and roles. I have been fortunate to work in schools, summer camps, and home environments. My background includes tutoring, nannying, mentoring, leading programs and more. I have had the opportunity to work with children in seven US states all the way from Manhattan to Los Angeles and even abroad. One of my most memorable experiences was working as an Au Pair in a little fishing village in Sicily, Italy. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to work at YMCA Camp Coniston (+ affiliated After School Program) and the John Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth. My goal is always to create a nurturing and engaging environment for every child I work with, adapting to their unique needs and backgrounds. Madison has a way with children. Even though she is young and doesn't have any of her own, children truly enjoy, respect and love her. Madison carries herself professionally and personally. She is flexible, and hardworking. Madison was an exemplary staff member when I supervised her in residence life even though she was on a team full of returners as a first year RA. Madison is extremely creative and full of innovative ideas to keep children engaged. and happy. Whenever I needed assistance with programming initiative Madison always volunteered and had new fresh concepts that the residence thoroughly enjoyed! From outdoor competitive Quidditch matches for our Harry Potter fans, to self-care plant potting programs for our plant lovers. Madison always brought students together in nurturing and enriching environments. I would 100% trust her with my own child.
