About Madison

I have a grandfather living with Parkinson's disease and I have helped care for him over the past few years as he and my grandmother's health have declined (she was recently diagnosed with the early stages of Alzheimer). In this, I help them with daily chores such as running errands, grocery shopping, house cleaning, paying the bills, and organizing their medications. When we've finished those tasks I love to take them on walks, go out to coffee, see a show, or just spend time talking. I love seeing the ease they have when they know they are taken care of and the important tasks are seen to. It is an incredibly difficult and humbling time of life and I hope to bring some ease, positivity, and joy to other seniors in similar situations.
