About Madison

Hi there, my name is Maddie and I'm an energetic and creative 22-year-old! I'm the second oldest in a family of 9 children, and since I can remember I've been the designated babysitter! I started out as a tutor, but fell into child care 6 years ago and love it so much! My favorite age group are toddlers, but I have experience with all ages. I'm looking for a full-time position, with a minimum of a one-year commitment, and my rates start at $20/hour for one child. I have worked for 2 families, one for 2 years, and the other for 18 months! I have experience as a child tutor and after school volunteer. I have my own car, and have taken online courses in child development. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing seasonal crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind and will work with you on any challenges!
