Hello! My name is Madison. I currently go to school as a Freshman at Columbia College where I am studying Child Development and getting my certification in teaching. I have a strong passion for childcare and the well-being of children. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents. I address any concerns promptly and follow their preferred communication method. When it comes to household rules, I prioritize consistency and follow the parents' lead to ensure a comfortable environment for the child and parent. I am enthusiastic about engaging children in a variety of activities that foster their development.
