I have to say that my kids and I LOVED Madison. She was with us for 8 months or so. But I had asked her to stay through the summer (2023) and she agreed. Then, in May she started canceling our scheduled days and not being communicative like she had been. As it turns out, she was dealing with some big personal issues but didn't communicate that to me. If she had let me know what was going on, I would have been much more understanding of the way she was acting. But she didn't, which caused me to start canceling our dates as well. Finally, after a lot of questioning on my part, she stated she wasn't going to be able to continue and basically left me high and dry for the summer. THE WORST part was that she said she would come and say goodbye to my kids, who had grown extremely found of her but she NEVER did. I attempted to contact her multiple times and she reassured me that she would give the girls some closure but NEVER DID! THE WORST PART of this whole situation was that while she was ghosting me, she was going behind my back and communicating with my 11 year old daughter via text. Madison is a very nice girl but in my eyes, extremely unprofessional and unreliable under pressure. She just left us hanging after agreeing to be with us for the summer. And then going behind my back and texting my daughter was THE LAST STRAW!
