Madison has an amazing aptitude for childcare. I was amazed at her ability to connect with children on their level as to make them feel better understood, more confident as they navigate and explore new situations or information, less frustration as she ecourages kids to talk through feelings with her to build heathy emotional regulation skills as kids face negative experiences such as failure, and more positive behavior plus healthier consistent habits as a direct result of her approaching at and building from their level with an "every child develops at their own speed" mentality vs talking down to or above them. You should probably also know: she does have tourettes syndrome (the twitch kind), so if you think that would bother you, keep that in mind. I will say, it actually helped our kid better grasp that everyone can be different. Madison also has a little girl, so while her schedule looks wonky, you can do what I did and allow her to bring her baby, making her way more available!
