Good evening, my name is Madison! I graduated from Millersville December '23 with a degree in Early Childhood PK-4 with a minor in General English. I also worked full-time with Central York for the second half of the school year as a long-term substitute in first grade. I currently work as a teacher in the Dallastown school district. Most recently I started my masters program Looking for something to fill my summer! Currently, I nanny routinely for 4 different families in the York/Lancaster area. Their ages range from 2-9 years. My responsibilities vary but I have experience with laundry, meal prep, nap & bedtime, pet care, dishwashing, & other small helping like errands & grocery shopping. I also am a mommy's helper doing house organization, laundry, meal prep, etc. I enjoy getting out and doing things with the kids and having a fun time to make lasting memories! I would be looking for part-time hours this summer.

We have consistently hired Maddie to care for our two kids (2 and 5) for over a year now and we'll continue to do so until she is no longer available. She has been our regular date night sitter, provided after-school care, been an (almost) full-time nanny for a summer, and we've even had her do an overnight when we were gone one weekend. She has done meal prep, light cleaning, school pick-ups, and will take the kids to fun places when there's time. She plays games and puzzles, reads books, does meals and the night-time routine, and does not rely on the TV. In the spirit of leaving a thorough review, I have tried to think of something critical to say about her and I genuinely can't think of a single thing. The only time she's even been late was because her car died. My only hesitation in recommending her is that I don't want competition for her time. She's far and away our top choice to take care of the kids.
