About Madison

I'd describe my personality as energetic, welcoming, and caring. I like working with kids because they always find ways to keep you on your toes. As an older sister to three, I have always helped my parents with my siblings. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and communicative. I started working with kids when I was around 12 years old. I have worked in an elementary school as an aide (for fourth and fifth grade ESL and special education), and have tutored for second graders. In my spare time, I like to take pictures. I like to call myself a photographer, even though I am still learning. I love coffee and shopping runs. When the weather is nice I LOVE being outside. One thing you should know about me is I have a strong passion for encouraging growth and understanding. I do have my associates and major in education. My skills include finding self- regulation skills, making sure the child's needs are met, and finding happy mediums when a child might be having a tough day.
