Hello lovely families! My name is Madi and I'm 28 years old. I have a degree in Child Psych and I've been consistently working with children of a variety of ages and abilities in a multitude of settings for about 10 years. From volunteer work, to babysitting, nannying in the summer during college and for a family these last 2 years, daycare work, a Registered Behavioral Therapist, a swim instructor, a teaching assistant for behavioral special ed, and assisting a school in Palau with curriculum I've truly done it all. I was not only a lifeguard for many years, but also a competitive swimmer for 13 years going on to do D1. I'd love to give your child swim lessons and teach them the joy of water safety! My caregiving style is authoritative (gentle parenting as it's commonly known). Boundaries and expectations are best taught with kindness and understanding.
