About Madison

Hello, I'm currently working as an employment specialist, helping special needs students develop job skills and find employment. I work on a school schedule and am looking for extra work in my free time. For as long as I can remember, I've been the go-to babysitter for family and friends. I've always loved kids, and they seem to love me right back. I grew up caregiving for my grandfather, who had a stroke that left him in a wheelchair. I cared for him for over 8 years before he passed. This experience led me to a career in caregiving. During college, I worked as a caregiver for autistic adults, and that's when I realized I was meant to be a caregiver. After moving to Orlando, I worked as a paraprofessional with severely handicapped students, handling challenging behaviors and medical needs. Nothing scares me, and I love every student I work with. I'm grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact in their lives. I look forward to speaking with you!
