Hi! I'm Madison, an Arizona native and student at the University of Notre Dame studying developmental psychology and education! At ND I conduct developmental psychopathology research, working with children with emotional regulation issues and other psychopathologies. During my time in Arizona, I worked with children of all special needs for 3 years at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools in North Scottsdale. I specifically taught a child with down syndrome consistently for 2 years as well as a child with autism who was non verbal. In my area of study at University I am specifically interested in the development of students with special needs. I hope to pursue my PhD conducting research on how to better the lives of children with special needs. I hope my academia and experience can help in the lives of your children!
