About Madison

My senior year of high school I was hired as a geometry tutor for a student who was on an independent study program provided by my high school for students with disabilities or long-term illnesses, known as Home Hospital. This girl was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and due to its severity was unable to receive instruction from her teacher. I was recommended by the School's counseling department and the head of the math department to assist her. I single-highhandedly taught her the entire year long course. This opportunity gave me experience both in tutoring but as well as accommodating students with special needs. I can tutor in any subject until grade 8. I feel comfortable tutoring most high school subjects excluding sciences, but I am willing to consider them. I graduate with honors, 18th in my class having taken all honors and AP classes. I passed every AP test I took (including one that my school's valedictorian who went to Harvard could not pass). I am particularly gifted in history and social sciences, receiving a 5 (the highest possible score) in both United States History and American Government. I also am able to provide extended help in Mathematics having passed the AP calculus exam. I have taken 5 years of French, and am continuing my education in that language at B.Y.U.
