About Madison

As a creative and friendly caregiver with a decade of experience, I am passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles have been incredibly rewarding and have solidified my desire to pursue childcare as a long-term career. I believe open and honest communication is key in building trust with parents, so I make sure to follow their preferred communication method to discuss their child's day and address any issues that arise. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. When it comes to playtime, I love engaging children in both educational games that promote learning and fun outdoor sports and physical games to keep them active. I hold a college degree, am CPR-trained, and am willing to assist with light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
