I have been working on and off as a babysitter/nanny for over half my life now - first starting at the age of 15. I worked as an assistant at a preschool during college, and then worked full-time as a nanny immediately after college in 2016. I pivoted from full-time childcare in 2019, but have continued to pick up an occasional sitter job here and there. I am currently relatively flexible for my availability; my only restriction is I am unavailable for weekends. I'd describe my personality as warm, energetic and thoughtful. I am incredibly patient and gentle, but firm when required. I love working with kids because they are constantly reminding me to play more, laugh more, learn more and ask more questions. My favorite activities to do with kids include going to the park, exploring outside, reading, arts and crafts, and dance parties.
