About Madison

I'm a long-time childcare pro and mother of 3 kiddos myself! I am passionate about gentle parenting techniques and encouraging creativity expression in kiddos. I see children as equals and am adept at fostering cooperation without being authoritative. I have experience with neurodivergent kiddos and am also a formerly professional baker! I'd describe my personality as upbeat, funny, and curious! I'm looking for a job that either compliments my current cooking job with occasional babysitting, or replaces it fully with a full time nanny job. My own kids are with their Dad half the time (Friday-Tuesday) and I work when they are with him. I have 20 years of experience with kids. I am comfortable caring for all ages as I have experience with ages 0-14. I can change a diaper with my eyes closed and know when a bottle is full to 8oz just by the sound. Having 3 kids myself, I'm not easily overwhelmed.
