About Madison

I like working with kids because I find joy in building connections with them. I am very passionate about helping little minds feel at ease while growing and learning about the world. I'm looking for a job that I can fit in as a support person for the Family. I am interested in jobs that allow me to fully focus on the child/children's comfort, well-being, and education. I started working with kids professionally 4 years ago. I have worked with different age groups, support needs, and cultural backgrounds. In my spare time, I like to read and learn. I just moved so I will also spend time exploring the city! I value safety and communication. It's very important to discuss expectations and boundaries on both ends when starting work in a new home. I want to fully understand how to support your family. I have experience with children who have different support needs and an interest in learning how to best support children as individuals with different personalities and preferences.
