Madison committed to 6 weeks of working with us then within the first week left without notice for another opportunity that started the following Monday, leaving us completely without care for our 3 month old. I've never been left so high and dry by anyone in my adult life or career. Someone willing to walk out on a working mother in her first week back from maternity leave should not be working in child care. I wouldn't depend on or trust Madison to care for my family.
