Hello my name is Madina, Let me just say I know how scary it must be to leave the care of your loved once to a complete stranger you meet on an app. I can share a few things about myself to ease that worry. I have been working in the health care field for about 5 years now. I am CPR/First aid trained, I worked at clover health care for 2 years was promoted to a team lead for Kerry place which is Early on set Alzheimer's/ Dementia unit with 38 residents after only being an employee for 1 year. As team lead I was responsible for these resident wellbeing and medication management. I am very quick and attentive, reliable and compassionate, very understanding to resident who suffer from this illness. I'm a very professional worker who follow each individual care and support plans to the T to make sure that individual is getting what he/ she needs to help them through this hard times in their live.
