About Madilyn

I've been a babysitter for eight years, and am the oldest of 4 kids. I've always loved spending time with kids and helping them learn and grow. I believe every child deserves a safe and nurturing environment to thrive, and I strive to provide that for every child I care for. After high school I got a cosmetology license and have completed CPR training and First Aid. I'm patient and calm and have a creative and imaginative approach to play and learning. I'm also friendly and approachable, which makes it easy for children to feel comfortable around me. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred method. I provide regular updates on their child's day and am always available to discuss any issues that may arise. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
